Prices
All prices displayed are in Australia Dollars.

Payments
Payments can be made with a Credit Card through Pay Pal Merchant or with Pay Pal if you have an account with them or via Direct Bank Deposit. Payments must be made within 3 days otherwise the chosen doll will be released for sale. If more time is required to make the payment please contact me at effie@effiesporcelaindolls.com.au

Delivery of Doll
Orders will be shipped between 1 - 7 days from receipt of payment.

Returns Policy & Insurance
As each doll is a single edition and hand-made, there is no refund or return on any doll. The dolls are poured, cleaned, fired to bisque, then hand painted and fired six or more times.
All care is taken to ensure that every doll leaves home dressed in her fineries and smiling en voyage to her new destination.

Dolls are carefully packed in boxes with padding, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged dolls during shipping we highly recommend you purchase the optional insurance offered to protect you against any possible loss of package or damages that my occur during transportation.

Historical/Big Dolls
Due to the size and value Freight/Postage and insurance for these dolls will be calculated upon request depending on the destination. You can still place an order through the website then you will be contacted with the shipping and insurance cost before finalising your order with payment.
